Jewelry is delicate and needs to be handled with care. Our products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the day they were bought when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended.

What is covered under warranty:
  1. The plating on the jewelry.
  2. Stone setting.
What is not covered under warranty:
  1. Breakage due to mishandling.
  2. Damage due to exposure to water.
How do I make a claim?
  1. Please us at support@tarinika.comwith your order details and a description of the fault or damage. Including photographs of any fault helps a lot in speeding up claims.

Customs and Import Duties

All orders ship from our India factory or USA distribution center. International Shipments are sometimes subjected to import duties and taxes after the package reaches the destination country. In such cases, the customer is responsible to clear the charges to release the package. We cannot estimate these charges at checkout as the import duties vary between the countries.

We have experienced some instances where the customer received an import duty notice in error.
